RETURNS & PROCESS:
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to lodge your return. Once approved, please post your return within 7 days.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. If your return does not comply with these conditions your item/s will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses, unless it is caused by product defect or wrong shipment. We recommend using a tracked method for safe delivery. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the return.
We offer refund on items that were sold in original price. All items with 20% off or higher are considered as sale items and can be returned for a credit note or exchange only. Final sale items are not eligible for a refund, credit note or exchange unless deemed faulty.
The refund amount will be issued for the amount of the piece/s returned excluding the original shipping cost.
We do not accept return for any items purchased by store credit.
Please do not return the package to the address on the waybill, that is not the return address and we will not be able to receive your parcel for return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase send to our customer care team at hello@aensostudio.com.
CANCELLING OR AMENDING ORDERS:
In order to maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
Any unwanted items after your order has been placed must be returned. Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty.
